Lifelicious 6 Banana & Sunflower Seed Cake

Ingredients:
125g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder
1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda, 3 eggs
125g caster sugar, 100ml corn oil
50g sunflower seeds, 20g toasted desiccated coconut
200g banana flesh (sliced)
Method:
1. Grease and line a 10cm x 20cm (4 x 8 - inches ) loaf pan. Preheat oven to 175c.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and soda in a mixing bowl.
3. Combine eggs, sugar and oil. stir into flour mixture together with sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut and banana slices until well blended.
4. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes. Stand for 10 minutes and turning on to wire rack to cool.

Lifelicious 4 Banana Cup Cake

Ingredients A
150g margarine
150g caster sugar
3 eggs
100g milk
100g mashed banana
Ingredients B
200g low protein flour
30g chocolate rice
1/4 tsp baking soda
Topping
2 pieces banana (sliced)
Method
1. Beat margarine and sugar till whitened.
2. Add eggs for three times. Combine the mixture with the first egg before adding second and third egg. Beat well.
3. Alternately fold in ingredients B and milk, mix well.
4. Slowly add mashed banana and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into 8x3x3 inches baking mould.
6. Arrange sliced banana on top.
7. Bake at 170c about 40 minutes or till cooked.

这是我所准备的便当盒.
蓝色stitch燕菜是用了自己家里所种的蓝花,将蓝花煮成蓝色的色料.
准备好燕菜然后放入酱料杯里.
这花朵面包里的内馅我将会放炒鸡蛋.

最近这几个星期都一直下大雨，真希望这几天不要再下大雨了。因为哥哥星期一假期，爸爸打算带哥哥去走走。所以今天的便当是以好天气为主题。便当里的图画有爸爸，妈妈，哥哥和弟弟高高兴兴一起出街去。
